Lineage was hired to provide architectural and structural engineering services for the Staunton-Augusta YMCA on a new property on New Hope Road in Staunton. The initial phase of work was to design a 100’ x 40’ pavilion intended to serve the children during summer camp. Amenities include an outdoor learning space, outdoor kitchen facilities, restrooms, storage space, and an air conditioned cooling room to provide respite from hot summer days. Specific details such as chamfered post edges have been included in the plan to maximize child safety on the premises.
