Lineage Architects provided detailed design, construction documentation, and construction administration to support the repaving of Old New Hope Road from the edge of the VDOT right-of-way to the edge of repaving associated with the Yates-Shinpaugh building. The design was in accordance with VDOT and DEQ regulations.
