The Jennings House is the Town Hall of Elkton, Virginia, and is a state and national Registered Historic Site. The property had been removed from service due to mold concerns. Lineage was hired to design and oversee the cleaning and renovation of the building with new spaces designed for Town and Police staff. An existing porch addition from the mid-20th Century was removed and all wet spaces were placed in a period appropriate addition. All work was performed in accordance with state historic guidelines.
